Rooted In History
Our facility is deeply rooted in Windsor's history going back to 1922 when the warehouse was first built. Originating as a Cone-Blanchard factory that machined precision grinders, it added to the long legacy of other precision machining industries in the Windsor area. After a sale to Devlieg Bullard II Inc in 2018 it traded hands with Depot Cultivators in 2022. After three years of hot summer days and bitter Vermont winters, the warehouse is now home to Depot Cultivators Indoor Cannabis Farm.

Mother Room
The Mother room is where it all starts. We keep a nice and ever changing selection of cultivars in rotation. Depending on the markets demand we take clones neccessary for the next harvest. Like all rooms it is temperature and humidity controlled.
Clone Room
After cuts are taken from a mother plant they are placed in individual cells where they will develop and grow. After the clone protocol they will be transferred to pots and go to the vegetative room.
Veg Room
After the clones mature theay are brought here, to the Veg Room. From here they remain until they are ready to be brought to one of our four grow rooms.
Flowering Rooms
We are a tier 2 facility with an operating footprint of 35,000 sq ft, with four flowering rooms. We operate two rooms with LED lights and two with High Pressure Sodium lights. The plants will remain here for 8-10 weeks depending on the strain requirements. With in this time frame .... this is where the magic happens and the beautiful flower develops.
Curing Room
Before being trimmed and processed the plants need to be dried and cured. Our curing room is temperature and humidity controlled. The time will certainly vary day to day with each strain being unique. We monitor very closely to ensure the best product hits the stores!
Trim Room
Here at Depot Cultivators quality is the objective and it's for this reason that we don't use trim machines. Each Bud is carefully hand trimmed to ensure not only that looks beautiful but also to preserve the delicate trichome structures.
